Seesaw is used to share student work and communicate with parents. The app is available on both iOS and Android devices. Connect with your child's account to see work shared and messages from their teacher.

Epic

Online storybooks to support reading at home. Available through web browser and iPad or Android apps for tablets. If you don't yet have login information, please contact your child's classroom teacher.

ABCYA

Website with levelled games to reinforce reading and writing. Look for Pre-K, K and Grade 1 levelled activities. Available through web browser.

NZ Maths

NZ Maths has weekly plans to support families with working on Maths at home. Organised by Year level.

Creation Apps

These apps are very accessible for our young learners. They can create their own animations, drawing pictures or stop motion videos.

ScratchJr is an introductory programming language that enables young children (ages 5-7) to create their own interactive stories and games.

ChatterPix Kids is an app for students to add a moving mouth to a still photograph. Turn a photo into a talking character. Available as a free iPad or Android app.

Art for Kids Hub is a great YouTube channel with a range of cartoon drawing tutorials for children.
